Hotel Rules and Management policies

• The tariff is for the room only and is exclusive of any government taxes applicable Meals and other services are available at extra cost.



• Hotel will accept check-in only after 12:00 PM. Please present your ID card, Passport or Temporary Residence Card upon check-in.


• Check-out time is 11:00 AM please inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond this time . The extension will be given depending on the availability. If the room is available, the normal tariff will be charged.


• Unmarried couples are not allowed in this property.


• It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/her in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise. The management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel without previous notice or reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the management has the right to remove the guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.


• It is mandatory to carry a valid photo identity card of the person to stay In the hotel.


• In case the guest fails to appear in the hotel by 6:00 PM on the accommodation day despite making a reservation, the fee for the room shall be charged by the hotel.


• The hotel guest cannot hand over a room to third persons, even if the period for which the guest paid has not yet expired.


• Conduct of guests and persons using services of the hotel should not disturb the peaceful stay of other guests. The hotel may refuse to render services to a person violating the above rule.


• Hotel keys must be deposited at the reception desk while leaving the hotel.


• Guest are not permitted to lock the room with personal locks.


• In case the key is lost and damaged a charge/fine is taken by the hotel management from guests.


• Smoking in hotel rooms, corridor, staircase, restaurant, and reception hall is prohibited.


• Guest will be held responsible for any loss and damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their friends or any person invited by them.
